Wheelchairs in the Auditorium

There are eight spaces in row A of the Theatre that are able to be used by patrons using a wheelchair. Please inform Box Office of your requirements when booking.

For performances from 9 October 2025, wheelchair and accessible seating will be available to book directly online.

  • Wheelchair spaces: Two are located in Row A (A7 and A26) and are clearly marked with a wheelchair symbol. These spaces do not have a seat attached. If these seats have already been booked please get in touch as we may have more available.

  • Flat Access seats: Three seats next to each wheelchair space offer step-free access. These are marked as accessible seats when booking.

If these seats are unavailable or if you’d like to book other seats in Row A, or have specific requirements, our Box Office team will be happy to help on 02 4823 4999 (Tuesday–Friday, 10am–3pm).

Hearing Loop Available

Our auditorium is equipped with a Hearing Loop system to support patrons using hearing aids with a telecoil (T-coil) setting. Once the performance begins, users with compatible hearing aids can connect automatically by switching to the T-coil setting. As all hearing aids differ, we recommend contacting your hearing aid provider in advance to check compatibility. For more information about how hearing loops work, visit Hearing Link Services.
