Coming to GPAC? We want you to feel at home from the moment you walk through the doors.
Whether you're dressing up for a special night out, bringing the kids to their first show or simply popping in after work, come as you are. There's no dress code — wear something special if you feel like it, or wear whatever makes you comfortable.
Our venue and Box Office open one hour before each performance, giving you time to arrive, grab a drink, find your seat and settle in before the show begins.
Why not arrive early, enjoy a drink at The Meeting Place Bar and take a moment before the lights go down? You can also drop by the Box Office while you're here to browse what's coming up next and find your next night out.
Make a day (or night) of it in Goulburn
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs close to GPAC, making it easy to grab dinner or a drink before your show.
If you're coming to an evening performance and planning to eat afterwards, check opening times ahead of time — some venues close earlier on weeknights. For particularly popular shows, we recommend booking your table in advance.

GPAC is located at 163 Auburn Street, Goulburn, right in the heart of the CBD.
There is no on-site parking, but there is plenty of street parking within a short walk of the venue, including around:

- Verner Street
- Cartwright Place

Accessibility
We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable at GPAC.
Our venue has accessible seating, wheelchair access and a hearing loop. If you have accessibility requirements or would like to discuss the best seating options for your visit, our Box Office team is happy to help.

A few things to know
When should I arrive?
Our venue and Box Office open one hour before the advertised performance time. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the show so you have time to collect tickets, grab a drink, use the facilities and find your seat without rushing.
The performance will begin at the advertised time. For some performances, latecomers may need to wait for a suitable break before entering the auditorium or may be seated in an alternative location.
What should I wear?
Whatever you like. There’s no dress code at GPAC.
Going out for a special occasion? Dress up. Coming straight from work? That's fine too. Come as you are.
Can I bring food and drinks into the theatre?
Our Meeting Place Bar has drinks and snacks available before and after performances, but outside food and drink cannot be brought into GPAC.
Hot food and hot drinks cannot be taken into the auditorium.
What about my phone?
Please switch your phone to silent before the performance begins. And unless you're at a performance where photography or recording is specifically encouraged, please keep your phone and camera away during the show.
Can I take photos or videos?
We love seeing you enjoy your time at GPAC — and we'd love you to share your experience with us.
Photography, filming and audio recording may be restricted for some performances, so please follow any instructions from our Front of House team and check the requirements for your particular event.
Professional cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, poles/totems and iPads are not permitted.
Please be mindful of the performers and other audience members and avoid using your phone or recording devices in a way that distracts from the performance.
