Refund Policy

Goulburn Performing Arts Centre provides ticketing services in compliance with Live Performance Association Ticketing Code of Practice.

Accordingly, we are unable to refund, exchange, transfer or re-sell tickets unless a show has been cancelled.

 

When a show is rescheduled or cancelled, all ticket holders will be contacted and informed. 

 

Please be aware the price of a ticket my increase or decrease at any time. Absent error and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the displayed price of tickets and other items in your basket when you complete a transaction is the amount you will pay, and you will not be entitled to a refund, credit or any other price adjustment in respect of any previous or subsequent change in advertised prices.
